These terms govern your use of priyamann.com. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who operates this site
This website is operated by Priya Mann, an independent insurance and investment advisor licensed in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta, operating under M&C Wealth Partners Inc.

2. Information, not advice
Everything on this website is general information only. It does not take account of your circumstances and is not financial, insurance, tax, legal or immigration advice.
Nothing here should be relied on as a recommendation to buy, keep, change or cancel any insurance policy or investment. Advice requires a conversation about your actual situation. Please do not make a decision based on this site alone.
3. No advisor relationship is created by using this site
Reading this website, using a calculator on it, or sending an enquiry does not create an advisor-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we have spoken, I have gathered the information needed to give suitable advice, and we have agreed to proceed.
4. Calculators and illustrations
The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser and are planning aids, not advice or quotes. They use simplified assumptions, ignore many factors relevant to a real recommendation, and their output is not a promise of anything.
Any premium figures shown are illustrative ranges drawn from published rates at a stated date. They are not quotes. Your actual premium depends on your age, medical history, the insurer’s underwriting, and other factors, and may be higher or unavailable.
5. No coverage until a policy is issued
You are not insured because you used this website, submitted a form, or received a quotation. Coverage exists only when an insurer has approved an application and the policy is in force with premiums paid. Until then, assume you are not covered.
6. Accuracy and currency
Government figures, contribution limits, grant amounts and eligibility rules change, often annually. Pages carrying such figures show when they were last reviewed. We make reasonable efforts to keep them current but do not warrant that everything is accurate or up to date at the moment you read it.
Always confirm current requirements with the relevant authority — the CRA, IRCC, your provincial health plan, or the insurer — before acting.
7. Third-party links and content
This site links to third-party websites, including government sources, insurers and regulators. Those sites are not under our control. We provide the links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
8. Intellectual property
The written content, layout, graphics and code on this website belong to Priya Mann unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy the content without written permission.
Insurer and third-party names and marks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priya Mann and M&C Wealth Partners Inc. are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content — including any decision made or not made on the basis of it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, except where the law of your own province gives you rights you cannot be required to give up.

Complaints about insurance products or advice can also be taken to the OmbudService for Life & Health Insurance, a free and independent national service, or to the insurance regulator in your province — FSRA in Ontario, the BC Financial Services Authority, or the Alberta Insurance Council.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
